We started the session at the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden for photos with the beautiful meadow as well as the redwood grove and cactus garden. We worked fast to beat the summer heat!

The Old Santa Barbara Mission
Photographs with the mission and cross were important to my client as a nod to her Catholic upbringing. The Mission rose garden did not disappoint, and also had some beautiful bougainvillea blooms and an olive grove for additional portraits.

Butterfly Beach
My client was most excited for portraits at Butterfly Beach in nearby Montecito. We captured portraits both backlit and with direct sunlight for some truly memorable and unique senior photos.
