Sharing today some fun spring senior photo outfit ideas!
To make it a bit more fun, I’m introducing some spring senior Avatars and what sort of a senior photoshoot I would design based on “their” fashion taste!
While this season’s installment is very dress- and female-presenting centered, look back next season for more looks for senior guys and those that prefer pants. 🙂
Spring Senior Photo Outfit Ideas
Emma
Emma’s floral luxe look pairs perfectly with upscale manicured gardens with flowers and stone architecture and pillars. I’d love to take her Cantigny Park in Wheaton for a variety of formal gardens, paths, and fountains.

Center: Jackie Corset Top
Right: Maude Floral Maxi Skirt

For her cap and gown mini, Emma’s bringing it with classic, casual white and blue. Pair this with a graduation robe, some sunshine, and Emma’s car for a cool, casual, “I did it, peace out!” vibe.
Left: Ciao Vintage Graphic Tee
Right: Gillian Straight Jeans
Bonus: pair with a graduation robe casually tossed over your shoulder while you flash a peace sign. ✌️
Madison
Madison has a flirty and classic fashion style with a twist! For her gorgeous dress I’d love to pair her with soft florals – pink crabapple blossoms, magnolias, and even some lighter shades of daffodils and tulips.

Right: San Diego Hat Co Felt Fedora

I’d love to see this look along Chicago’s Mag Mile with the tulips in spring!

Right: Entrancing Black Mesh Long Sleeve Bodysuit
Isabella
Isabella’s style can best be described as “comfort luxe with a bit of Harry Styles swagger.” For one of her outfit choices we have a nod to Harry’s “Golden” music video – yellow bucket hat included, bring your own pile of rings. 😌 For this I envision photographing in a quieter park with some paved trails running through – benches and stairs for some lounging, insouciant poses, as well as a bit of privacy for the obvious running-hair-flying shots that this outfit demands. 😄

Right: By Anthropologie Smocked Shorts
Providing two different options just because.

Center: Seagrass Bucket Hat
Right: Colette Pant
To me, one of the best parts of longer photoshoots and multiple locations and outfits is that it gives you a chance to highlight different aspects of your personality. Isabella also enjoys dressing up – the delicate florals in this dress would pair beautifully with loose waves in their hair and a bouquet of flowers.

Emily
For her session, Emily wants to split her 3 hours between the downtown area of her hometown, quick hair and makeup change, then more of a boho, country vibe in a meadow!

Pair with a cute bag and some sunglasses, and let’s get some fun images downtown! Isn’t the combination of fabric textures fun?

Right: Total Frills Beige Knit Drawstring Cropped Sweater Top

For more of a boho vibe, Emily’s bringing it with jeans, a kimono, and cute crop top! I’d love to see this in a beautiful meadow at golden hour – I know a great spot that also has a bit of a “country road” running through! I love the details on the jeans – so I would plan to take photos with and without the kimono to play up the fun details on both wardrobe items!

Right: Lila Lace Corset Top in Blue
Bonus: cowgirl hat!
Hannah
Hannah is a sweet girly girl who secretly wishes she was a mermaid (I mean, who doesn’t)? For her late spring photos along Lake Michigan we have the following ensemble for wading along the beach, walking towards me gently kicking water. 🙂

Left: Zola Floral Shorts
Center: Davina Striped Crop Top
Right: San Diego Hat Co Garden Party Oversized Floppy Hat
KHP’s on-location hair and makeup team will switch up the look at golden hour for some soft and romantic photos with the beach grass and this cute teal dress, then glam up that makeup right as the sun goes down for some amazing photos along the North Avenue Beach waterfront in Hannah’s iridescent purple dress with glittery city lights, beautiful sunset colors, and deep blue water. 🤩
