Bella chose multiple themed sessions to showcase her interests and personality! We started with portraits at The Art Institute of Chicago, then Divergent-themed portraits in downtown Chicago. The next stop was Oak Park Records for a fun and funky 70s-themed record store photoshoot, followed by the forest preserves for a Disney tea party and Taylor Swift Folklore-inspired photos.

The Art Institute of Chicago
Bella started writing a novel during the early days of the Pandemic which involved significant Art History research. She wanted to include session time at the Art Institute of Chicago to reflect her writing interest.
After a quick outfit change, we took photos in downtown Chicago for Divergent-inspired portraits.

To showcase her love of 70s music, outfits, and David Bowie, we next headed to Oak Park Records. The featured portrait here was included in Senior Szn Magazine's Best of 2023 edition!

The Forest Preserves
We continued the musical love with Taylor Swift Folklore-inspired senior portraits in the woods.
We ended with a Disney Winnie-the-Pooh 100 Acre Woods tea party to showcase her love of Disney.

"I was absolutely dreading senior photos- nothing and nobody to hide behind, nothing else to take the center but me. But (Kristen) dispelled all those worries. I was a bit nervous at first, but all throughout the session, (Kristen was) so kind and encouraging that I felt myself take baby steps out of my comfort zone. (Kristen) really helped me find my confidence that day, and it remained after."
