Part two is here (if you missed Part 1 it’s here)! How nice to photograph in a town with such varied location options! Backstory: when the mom contacted me to do family portraits she requested a natural fall setting…I know this family and KNOW the guys have a passion for trains, so I really pleased we landed on the location of Riverside, IL to get them some fabulous natural fall portraits and train-watching portraits on the same day! For me it’s the best when the photoshoot contains elements that are meaningful to the family, and I think we nailed it!
I love how delighted she is that HE’S delighted!
Isn’t this tower just the coolest? It’s apparently a water tower designed in 1869! (Yes, I had to look it up).
We lucked OUT with the weather this weekend! Sunny and in the 70s in early October (unlike today when I am writing it in the last week of October…36 degrees and snowing!).
Thanks for trusting me to capture your family portraits this fall! I love the art we made together!!
