I love this family! They are loving and lovely people, and I’m so glad they thought of me when they needed their family portraits updated…when they said suggested vineyard family photos in their backyard I was so excited! Thanks for getting dolled up for a beautiful sunset portrait session amongst the grape vines in Livermore, CA!

Haha, these sisters specifically mentioned that they wanted this shot!
They later told me that they planned to print and put these shots of the sisters up in their rooms. I love that they’ll have prints to help keep their wayward sister close by in their thoughts if not in person. 🙂
Part of the reason why they’re smiling for this shot it because I was nearly face-down in the gravel trying to get it! This is why photographers don’t wear nice clothes, haha!
Their second eldest is going on a missionary trip so I asked if they’d say a prayer for her…and I think these shots are some of my favorite and most meaningful of the whole photo shoot!
She is going to be well missed at home, but she’s going to have such big, great adventures as a missionary in South America!
