I had so much fun photographing Nina’s yoga branding portraits at Cuesta Park in Mountain View, CA! For her branding session, aka cool photos for her website and social media presence, she wanted a natural setting to highlight her deep connection to the outdoors. This park perfectly supplied us with both beautiful redwood trees and a grassy meadow with oaks to showcase her yoga expertise!
Nina is an impressive yoga instructor and aspiring ayurvedic counselor who focuses on improving her clients’ mental health through a multi-faceted approach. Her exciting upcoming side-project is to work with young people who have experienced trauma. To that end, she just launched an interesting new Instagram series on trauma recovery and how we can all be more sensitive to and aware of trauma in our lives and the lives of those around us. She is a sensitive, compassionate, and skilled teacher on a journey to help others live their fullest, most true-to-themself lives and to relax into their own souls.
Tree pose with the redwood trees. Surprising no one, I am a fan of this visual pun.
Isn’t she amazing? Her strength and grace are so beautiful!
As we walked around the park we found a climbing tree for some cool portraits to showcase Nina’s love of the outdoors!
I loved this detail shot highlighting her connection to nature!
The journey may be twisty sometimes, but it is still beautiful.
Her strength is so impressive!
Doesn’t she have a beautiful smile?
