It was a true pleasure to meet and photograph this family! They are kind, funny, and and just so nice; I’m so glad they chose me! In Fall of 2020 I donated a photoshoot as part of local florist Pickle Hill Parties‘ raffle to raise money for New Moms Chicago. One of the other prizes was a dozen cinnamon rolls made by Natalie of the local Pastry Revival Bakery…and I won! Holy heck were these cinnamon rolls good!! Over the course of the last year Natalie and I have struck up a business friendship and I was so glad when she reached out about a family photoshoot this fall! So why “Berwyn, IL Photographer?” I’m a photographer based out of Oak Park, IL but am branching out to other areas in the Chicago west suburbs including Berwyn, Forest Park, Elmwood Park, River Forest, Riverside, Oak Brook, Lombard, and Elmhurst!

We hired Kristen to take our family photos in a natural setting. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of photographer! Kristen is so professional and real delight to work with. We received our digital proofs in a very timely manner and are so impressed with the results. Kristen has such a gift for getting just the right angle in each photo. There were no awkward poses- just very natural, organic shots. The hard part now is narrowing down which photos to display!
Natalie hands down makes the best cinnamon rolls in Oak Park, IL, and also makes killer chocolate-bourbon-pecan pies and pumpkin whoopie pies for Thanksgiving, and cinnamon star bread and Buches de Noel for the winter holidays. I’ve tried them all. They are all amazing. Outsource your holiday desserts to Pastry Revival; you will NOT regret it!!
